As of date, France Townsend is currently serving as the head of public strategies, Government relationships, and Communication relations at Activision Blizzard gaming corporation. France has been the Vice President for Corporate Affairs, Chief Compliance Officer, and corporate secretary since December 2020.

Prior to his selection, France Townsend was the leading Vice-chairman, General Advisor, and Administration Officer for over ten years on the holding company of MacAndrew and Forbes, Inc. During that period, her work was focused on building a portfolio of international business relations for her company. From 2009 to 2010, France was a corporate member of Bakers Botts LLP’s law firm.

Under the leadership of President George W Bush, Frances served as an advisory assistant in the Homeland security and Counterterrorism department during the year 2004 to 2008. Before taken under the wing of the president, France was working as a top commandant in the National Intelligence Service and have over 13 years of experience of the US Department of Justice. France has served under three US presidents, and throughout his public service work, she has gained numerous awards for her accomplishments in the public service.

France has been serving on the boards of scientific games cooperation, Western union, and SciPlay Company in the past years. France also chairs the board of the public company of Chubb and Freeport McMoRan, where she oversee all the compliance issues, corporate governance, and social responsibility with due diligence of the executive committee. Townsend is involved in a number of private companies where she chairs the compensation committee.

Through her extensive line of work, Townsend brings extensive knowledge of corporate governing, International relations, risk management, and security to the committee. Her experience brings significant leadership to the board.
